Yes! We provide 24/7 nursing care, including overnight shifts. Many of our patients require round-the-clock monitoring and care, and our nurses are available for all shifts — day, evening, night, and weekends.

Private Duty Nursing is one-on-one skilled nursing care provided in the home. Our RNs and LVNs deliver the same level of clinical care you'd receive in a hospital — but in the comfort and familiarity of home. This includes medication administration, wound care, trach and vent management, G-tube feedings, and more.

An attendant provides non-skilled support services to help with activities of daily living. This can include bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, feeding, and companionship. Attendants work under the supervision of a nurse and are an important part of our care team.

Referrals can come from hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, or families themselves. Simply complete our secure online referral form, call our referral line, or download and fax our PDF form. We verify insurance, coordinate with the care team, and start services quickly.

All our nurses are licensed (RN or LVN) with current Texas licensure. They receive specialized pediatric training, including trach and vent management, G-tube care, seizure monitoring, and medication administration. We also provide ongoing continuing education to keep skills current.
